Shriram Uttarpara is organised as a set of gated residential communities rather than one giant block. Each community has its own home format, RERA registration and possession date, and new communities are planned in the next 7-10 million sq. ft. phase of the township.

Double-decker communities: Symphony and Springfield offer about 1,260 sq. ft. 3 BHK homes over two levels, with possession indicated around 2029.
Villa and plot communities: Codename Forest View and Shriram SkyBloom Villas offer independent villas, while Codename By The Garden offers plots of about 1,200 to 1,800 sq. ft.
According to Shriram Properties' February 2026 update, its Uttarpara projects total about 5 million sq. ft. with around 80% sold. The next phase plans more residential communities alongside senior living, a school, a hospital, a mall and offices.
