Shriram SkyBloom Villas is listed in Shriram Properties' February 2026 Uttarpara portfolio. Property portals describe it as a new-launch villa community at Mouza Konnagar within the 314-acre township, with 3, 4 and 5 BHK villas and listed prices of around ₹1.16 crore. Confirm its RERA registration, villa sizes and official price list with the developer before booking.
For families who want villa-like space at a lower budget, the double-decker homes at Symphony and Springfield offer about 1,260 sq. ft. over two levels, and plots at Codename By The Garden let you build your own home.
Villas are also part of Shriram Properties' future plan for Uttarpara, which targets 7-10 million sq. ft. of additional mixed-use development with an investment of around ₹4,000 crore. New villa project names and details have not been announced yet.
